Rising human costs of war zones

Rising human costs of war zones

Few days ago,Turkey suffered it's worst terrorist attack where twin suicide bombers attack at a peace rally organized by leftist parties which claimed the lives of 128 civilians and wounded few hundreds of civilians.no any other quarter with regard to this terrorist attack is distinctly accused yet and it's too early to point fingers of accusation at any group. In 3rd of October,22 civilians killed by us air strike on a hospital in the Afganistan city of Kunduz. This incident even drew an apology from us president Barrack Obama but one thing is on question that the identity of hospital is not clear.some says which was carried out by charity service of western.
progression of western drone strike in Afganistan already claimed a significant number of civilian lives every now and then.In the various war zones of the world are very distinct with relatively high human cost which directly causing increasingly using mass destruction weapons of high efficiency.Using cluster bombs, missile attacks,multi-barrel rocket weapons resulting increasing civilian death toll in these situations is yet to be taken up in a major way ,As an issue of utmost importance in the view of global point.

In the case of Russian involvement in Syrian territorial conflict with ISIS terrorists which driven subsequently series of air strikes by Russian air force claimed rising civilian deaths cum humanitarian crisis in Europe due to large number of refugees. In many cases, western armed forces kept in developing countries, occupying a destructive power play which caused many thousands of civilian deaths.

Few decades ago, east-west issues made clashes of two super powers which struggle for global power known as cold war decades. This involvement took the form of super power , proxy wars in the third world. As an example, Soviet military invasion of Afganistan in 1979 which claimed many thousands of civilian lives and US bloody debacle in Vietnam in sixties and in early seventies.

Many of human rights violation in Afganistan,Iraq and Libia accounted to western nation and united states that have been buried under the sand of time without proper investigation or any other significant assessments while developing countries such as Srilanka has to oblige the terms of UNHRC resolutions under the international law and to have only choice to cooperate with such investigations.such countries must choose better option among worse. If Srilanka would think to do otherwise,it would be obliged to leave the UN and do it's own will.As it's reversible outcome, it would face global isolation which Srilanka would not enjoy any of co-operative and supportive links with international community.

It is a critical question that whether or not investigation of human rights violations and it's orchestration based on regime changes of the country. The choice is whether Srilanka is facing with international external pressure or otherwise on the depth of fact is concerned with the conclusion of international community on matters related to the probe. If working with strategic tactics with competent diplomats of Srilanka, the probe may be reviewed in to more advantageous side to Srilanka.

Complex and more effective negative deal need to be born in the minds of diplomats on the purpose of power intervention context which may ultimately produce win-win deal as many of examples can be obtained from world diplomatic theater such as Iran, Cuba China clinched in paved highly contentious in bilateral ties.It is  obvious that cleverer diplomacy brings either sides more advantageous effects in designing a fair negotiation table.

In the view of west, they want friendly governments of developing world for their advantage of diplomacy though developing world cannot afford to be fatalistic on this issue and play in the hand of west. That is why there must be a constructive mechanism to earn more profits in such issues.

It is the time that developing countries gather and put their power to stand for their collective measures to exact accountability of humanitarian crises all over the world , specially in conflicted zones. This ensured, united developing world, commanding great numbers, make a justifiable approach not to escape big powers for their humanitarian crimes.
